For customers with ERP, WMS, or OMS systems supporting webhooks, Dobybot can send data back to your server.

  • You can choose when to send data:

  • After recording is completed.

  • After checkout.

The data includes:

  • Order number / Tracking number.

  • Packer’s name.

  • Packing duration.

  • VDO link.

  • VDO size (MB).

  • Customer name (if available).

  • Customer phone number (if available).
