Super easy to use
Simply install a Webcam and Barcode Scanner on your PC, log in to Dobybot, and start scanning the barcode (either tracking number or order number). The system will begin recording the VDO immediately.

Check every item by scanning each product's barcode, ensuring no packing errors.
After sealing the box, simply scan the barcode again to stop recording. The system will automatically save the file and upload the data to Google Drive immediately, ensuring it is securely stored.

Once you've finished packing, the system can instantly send the packing video clip, receipt, and other advertisements to the customer via SMS, Lazada Chat, Shopee Chat, Line Official Notification, and email. Additionally, you can creatively advertise your store without limitations.
In case of delivery errors.
When a customer reports missing or incorrect items, you can review the packing VDO within seconds.
If an error is confirmed, you can open a case for the customer.
Upon case creation, the customer receives an SMS to ensure transparency. The warehouse is responsible for resolving cases via the Fix Case page on Dobybot.
Once resolved, the system can send an SMS to the customer, notifying them of the case closure with details.

You can review your recorded data from Dobybot report page, which stores all the information you need, including the recorder's name, time, file size, and a VDO link. The video can be accessed immediately via iOS, Android, and PC.
You can easily share these VDOs by copying the link and sending it through chat platforms like Line, WhatsApp, Apple Message, Facebook Chat, etc. The recipient can instantly stream the video without waiting to download the file. It's much faster than editing CCTV clips and sending large files, saving you a significant amount of time.

Data that never gets lost
Dobybot’s Google Drive Enterprise system only allows access to view videos by authorized individuals, preventing tampering or fraudulent deletion of VDOs. You can set data deletion schedules to manage storage, with Dobybot automatically deleting data older than 30 days. Even if a video is deleted, we can recover it for you in case of any issues later on.
